The weather hasn't been fantastic here but that doesn't keep me from making refreshing lemonades. I love homemade sodas especially when they are made with fresh fruit and herbs out of our own garden.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup water, the sugar, the honey, lavender (only the flowers!) and mint (the leaves). Bring to a simmer and cook until the sugar has dissolved, about 3 minutes. Cool and strain if you like (I don't). Add crushed raspberries and lemon juice.
